BASIC Plan
- Big Deal Our interpretation of the Bible is a big deal with major consequences.
- Admit our weakness Be quick to admit you don’t have all the answers. We have so much to learn. Humility is a good first step. Isaiah 57:15 (KJV) “For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit.”
- What if we are missing something major and when we stand before God, He condemns us because we missed it. Remember, we are Saved by Him [Jesus], not Us.
- Interpretation for living. We are talking about an interpretation which impacts daily life.
- Lastly, Cherish the Author. Are you in love with the author of the Bible?
