We hosted our second annual HOPE Bible Read-a-thon in December 2022. This is a time for young readers to find sponsors to raise money for their reading to support those who are unable to purchase Bibles on their own.
We are grateful for each one who made this possible. From the readers to the donors and the parents and teachers who coordinated to make sure all the steps were followed. Because of you we raised over $48,000.00. That’s over 9,000 Bibles for people who do not have access or the funds to buy the Word of God on their own.
There were 49 readers and 110,518 pages read. That’s an average of 2,250 pages per reader. They learned so much knowledge in the month of December while also raising money do others can read the Word of God.
We will be hosting our third annual Read-A-Thon in December 2023. Registration will open in October. So tell your friends and get ready to join in the learning, giving, and fun prize winning this December!
