For the last year and a half you have been getting updates on the varying progress of our Bible projects. The beginning was a conversation with the printer. We gave the go ahead and we were given a spot on the waiting list. Then we decided amounts and languages. After that we had many conversations working out the many details involved in printing a Bible. It reminded me of renovating, you do not realize the myriad of decisions till you have to do it.
After what seemed like a long wait, it was our turn and the Bibles we ordered were printed. Following this there were lots of emails concerning shipping, transport overland, then customs to get the Bibles into the country of our choice. Anywhere from 6-10 month after we said “Go,” the Bibles finally arrived in our country of choice. Within the last month, we can now say all the projects we were involved with have safely arrived in country. We praise God for this!
Since our Bibles have just arrived, it is time to start the process all over again. Pray with us as we talk about opportunities and seek God’s direction for our next round of printing projects.
