We are so grateful for the opportunities God has been providing to get the Word into the hearts of many across the world. Along with the recent addition of 4 languages in Central Asia (starting soon!) and the Telugu broadcast which started in July, we received exciting news from Heralds of Hope Canada (HOH) and Trans World Radio – Canada (TWR) about their endeavors to reach the French-speaking people of Quebec! Below, John Loewen, HOH – Canada Board Chair, shares on this.
“In the fall of 2019, we as a Canadian HOH Board, joined TWR – CA to pray for a CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) grant to accept application for a Christian FM radio station in Quebec. This October, we thanked God for the affirmative answer and now further application is being made for 15-20 repeater stations to be set up on rural church premises. We are truly excited as HOH message downloads have increased by more than 250% since last year. We thank our Almighty Savior for the opportunity and blessing in serving Him through HOH. God bless all those who support the ministry by prayer and giving!”
We are excited that this ministry is no longer an online-only ministry, but will be reaching the airwaves of an area populated with hungry souls!
