As we continue our study in the book of James, chapter three deals with the way we use our tongue; the words we speak. Some of you are probably thinking, “Oh no, must you really talk about that?” Yes, I must. You see, that’s one of the benefits of expository preaching, a systematic teaching of God’s Word. When you start at the beginning of a book of the Bible and work through it paragraph by paragraph, you can’t avoid the unpopular, or unpleasant, or difficult subjects. You just take it like it comes.
