Refund and Returns Policy
We hope that you have found our resources insightful and helpful in your pursuit of God’s Authoritative Truth. If you find that our resources have not been helpful, are damaged, or not what you expected, we may be able to refund your money. Our refund and returns policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full/partial refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any signs of wear and tear, use, or damage will result in your return item being denied a refund. If you receive an item in poor condition, please contact us immediately using the General Contact for your specific area (USA/Canada or International).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be sent along with your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We are unable to accept returns of downloaded content. You will have to delete the content from your device on your own.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you . We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your banking information.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received notification of a refund after 10 business days, check your bank account.
If a refund has not been aded to your account, contact your credit card company directly, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
If after these steps you still have not received a refund, contact your local bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted but they will be able to assist you further.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product to reach us will vary. If you have not received a notification that we have received your item in 5 business days. please contact us under the general contact response for your designated area (US/Canada or International).
