Traveling for 32 hours was worth it to experience all the fantastic moments in Eswatini and Malawi. I, Elvin Sensenig, was traveling with Arlin Horst, Merlin Martin, and Joshua Waters.

Celebrating with TWR in Eswatini
Trans World Radio (TWR) was celebrating its 50th anniversary of broadcasting from Eswatini and did a great job hosting the event. Touring the TWR station and hearing the many testimonies was inspiring. Arlin and Josh climbed a 236’ radio tower! The game drive, visiting The Voice of the Church radio station, and attending a local Sunday morning church service were well planned, and Peter (our driver) did an excellent job.

Bible Distribution in Malawi
Then, we traveled to Malawi and went with local pastors to distribute Bibles in rural villages. The joy on the faces of believers who now had their own copy of the Bible in their language was not just heartwarming, but also a testament to our collective efforts and the impact we can make.

Touring Trans World Radio–Malawi was interesting, and we met Charles, who translates the HOH program into the local language. Janet did a great job hosting and taking us to meet a listener group that shared testimonies of the encouragement they get from listening to radio (TWR).

This lady (above) was so grateful to receive a new Bible! She holds it beside her old Bible with missing pieces and no binding.
It’s heartwarming to hear about the Gospel being shared with people across Africa and the dedication of those involved. Our trip was a blend of adventure, service, and inspiration. I will borrow a one-word description of our trip from Arlin (connections). We met many fine Christian people, and I look forward to lasting relationships with them.
Sincerely, Elvin Sensenig
